I have been putting words on paper since I was 10 years old. Writing down my thoughts has always helped me to process the things that were happening in my life, the highs and lows, the stunning and the frightening. Give them a name and they get easier to be remembered, easier to be handled, easier to be dealt with. It is my go-to therapy and I am my own therapist. I won't lie: I love my imagination and I have always relied on it to help me through the tough times. That and my love for nature and everything that has spirit around us - which I have started to believe in the recent years included pretty much everything and anything.
